30-Day Return Policy
Changed your mind or not completely satisfied? No worries. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product should be in like-new condition (undamaged and with all original components/accessories) and in its original packaging. We understand you might need to open the product to try it out, that’s okay, but if there are any signs of significant wear or damage, we may be unable to process a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Starting a return is simple. Just reach out to our friendly support team via returns@seekerity.comwith your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps. In most cases, we’ll provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to send the product back. For exchanges (for example, if you want a different color or a replacement), let us know your preference and we’ll arrange it if stock is available.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you that it arrived safely. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. We will issue your refund to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take a few extra days for the credit to appear in your account. We’ll keep you updated via email throughout the process. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship out your new item as soon as the original return is received and processed.
Warranty Coverage
Your purchase is also protected by our 1-year limited warranty. We stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If you encounter any manufacturing defects or functional issues with your Find My-enabled device within the first year, we will repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty covers problems like electronic malfunctions, battery issues beyond normal wear, or build defects, it does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, simply contact our support team with your order info and details about the issue. Our goal is to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your Seekerity experience, from day one and for the long haul.
